ONLINE: In light of current world circumstances, I offer a variety of cooking classes (private or group) online through zoom. I offer set courses of different cuisine types (Southern, Italian, Japanese) and can build a lesson plan for 5, 10 or 15 classes (1 hour each). Contact me to learn more or to schedule a class.

IN PERSON: Let me bring a restaurant quality experience in the privacy of your own home. I will introduce you to some of my specialty dishes. Learn the secrets to a perfectly made pasta, or let me teach you how to season and cook a perfect southern fried chicken dish. I will draw on my many years of experience cooking delicious food across the world, including across Norway, Italy, Japan, and the USA. It will be a time to watch, learn, and eat. You can even jump in and get your hands dirty! I will create a unique menu plan based on your preferences, and leave the recipes with you so can continue to make Chef Joe Friday food at home.
