Let me bring a restaurant quality experience in the privacy of your own home. I will introduce you to some of my specialty dishes. Learn the secrets to a perfectly made pasta, or let me teach you how to season and cook a perfect southern fried chicken dish.

I will draw on my many years of experience cooking delicious food across the world, including across Norway, Italy, Japan, and the USA. It will be a time to watch, learn, and eat. You can even jump in and get your hands dirty! I will create a unique menu plan based on your preferences, and leave the recipes with you so can continue to make Chef Joe Friday food at home. I addition to creating the menus for my own ventures, I do a wide range of restaurant consulting, including the development of new menus or a rebrand of current menus. I have developed a wide range of menus for a variety of cuisines including: Classic and modern Italian, Japanese, and Hawaiian. I will develop a well rounded menu based on your restaurants characteristics and constraints including but not limited to price/budget, food style, restaurant and kitchen size, cook experience, customer dietary needs, nutritional breakdown, and ingredient seasonality.
